Hygieia Strength is easily one of the best strength training gyms in Singapore. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about helping you improve.
The environment is welcoming and supportive, and they place a huge emphasis on proper form and technique. Because of that, I’ve been able to lift weights I never thought possible. Training here has also helped resolve many of the back and shoulder issues I used to struggle with. Now in my 40s, I can honestly say I’ve never been stronger.
My 76-year-old mum also trains here. Despite having both knees replaced and rotator cuff surgeries on both shoulders, the trainers have been able to tailor training safely to help her work toward her fitness goals.
That level of knowledge and care really says everything about this place.
