After a comprehensive assessment to identify your health, dietary habits and goals, you will receive a customised and targeted plan from your dietician within 24 hours.

Everyone’s different – there’s no one size fits all plan. What may work for someone else may not work for you. Love to obsess over every single detail or prefer general guidelines and tips you can implement immediately? Your plan will be written in your nutrition language, specific to your needs – how you perceive and describe your relationship with food – to ensure better adherence and long-term sustainability towards your goals.

Access to regular support
Whether you require accountability or need someone you can trust to answer your nutrition questions and dispense advice, you can count on your dietitian being there for you. You’ll receive access to an online program where you can communicate with your dietician, log your food intake, and keep track of your progress.

Regular check-ins hold you accountable for your actions and give your dietician deeper insight to your eating habits. This enables your dietician to make informed decisions when it comes to modifying your plan when needed, to keep you on track to achieve your health and lifestyle goals.

What is the price for Nutrition Coaching with a dietician?
Nutrition Coaching is at SGD599 for 1 x 60-minute and 3 x 30-minute sessions with a dietician.
What happens after I sign up?
After payment, you’ll be contacted within 24 hours at your registered email address to schedule your initial consult. If you do not receive any email after 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive any notification email, even after waiting for 24 hours and checking your spam/junk folder, please contact us.
What is included?
You’ll start off with an initial 60-minute comprehensive interview to identify your current health, diet and lifestyle patterns, and to identify your goals. The remainder of the consult is used to build your structured and highly individualized diet and lifestyle plan. Within 24 hours of the appointment , you will receive your plan as a PDF document, via email.

Thereafter, you’ll have 3 x 30-minute follow up sessions. Your first follow up session will be about a week after for your initial consult. After your first follow up, your second follow up will be about 2 weeks after your first follow up. The third follow up will be about 4 weeks after your second follow up.

During the entire time, you’ll have access to your dietician via email, to fine-tune and keep track of your progress.

Where are the sessions conducted?
The initial consult and follow up sessions can be conducted either online or at The Integrative Medical Centre, located at Valley Point, 491b River Valley Rd #11-02, Singapore 248373.
How can I add more sessions after the initial package?
Additional sessions are sold in a package of 3 x 30-minute sessions at SGD369 **are you ok with the package and/or price?
How long are the sessions valid for?
Both the initial package (1 x initial 60 minute consult + 3 x 30 minute follow up) and the 3 session package (3 x 30 minute sessions) are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
I have medical conditions e.g. IBS, GERD, Celiac, Crohn’s etc – is the dietician familiar with medical conditions and will these be taken into consideration when planning my nutrition plan?
Yes, your dietician has decades of experience working with individuals with various medical conditions (including the ones mentioned above) and will take into account your specific condition when designing your plan.
I’d like to try a session before deciding. Do you provide free trials?
We do not offer any free trials for nutrition coaching.

My interest in fitness started when I was around 19 years old. Being overweight for most of my growing up years, I decided to do something about it. After months of not being able to achieve the desired results, I began poring through books and articles about training and nutrition. The more I read, the more interested I became in this field, and got better results when the the newly discovered knowledge was applied. After 1 year of persistence and hard work, I lost 24kg and felt fantastic. The sense of achievement motivated me to pursue a career in working with people to help them achieve their own fitness goals.

After achieving my weight loss goal, I tried a variety of training programs for a few years, looking for a new goal to train towards. After aimlessly moving around from program to program, I chanced upon a book called Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training, written by renowned strength and conditioning expert, Mark Rippetoe. Little did I know that this book was about to change my life and coaching career.

At that point, I had experience training with barbells and was relatively familiar with it but never have I come across any material that gave such explicitly detailed explanations of how to perform the barbell lifts. I devoured the book and modified my lifting technique and program. In just a few months, I was pleasantly surprised by how much stronger he had become. I now had a new goal to work towards – getting strong.

With full confidence in the efficacy of the Starting Strength methodology, I began coaching my clients using this program and got them stronger than they ever thought was possible. The consistent success my clients achieved through the program cemented my confidence in Mark Rippetoe’s teachings. I then decided to pursue the credential of being a Starting Strength Coach and I’m currently the first and only certified coach in Singapore and South-East Asia

In my 9 years of experience, I have given talks and ran programs at numerous companies and worked with a diverse group clientele of all ages with a variety of goals. Today, I specialise in coaching people in their 40s, 50s and beyond because it brings me a great sense of satisfaction to be part of the process of improving this demographics’ health and quality of life by getting them stronger.
